-How to prepare artwork files for printing?
STEP1：Send us a request and we will get back to you with price list and instructions.
STEP2：Follow instructions we’ve reply and send us back your beautiful artwork!

-Minimum order quantity?
1). 10 rolls each design for CMYK printed washi tape, normally we suggest 50rools
2). 100 rolls each design for foil printing washi tape.

-How long will it take to receive my order (lead time)?
7-15 days after payment.

-Do you have any samples I can see before I place my order?
Yes, please contact us to request for samples. Free samples. Shipping fees is paid by the client.

-Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on your products?
Yes! Of course! Normally we suggest single shrink warp with round sticker printed with custom logo, also the paper can be printed with logo.

-Can panda tape print washi tapes in pantone colors?
Yes, we can make, Please design your files in CMYK colors and min. 400dpi . Pantone and gold foil printing procedure are available.

-Are my designs protected?
Honesty and integrity is the culture of our company! It would not happen to you. If you have any concern, you can provide the agreement for the order. Or we can arrange the written agreement for it.
